This place offers beautiful and clean accommodation with a great location close to everything, along with helpful staff.

Had excellent stay during summer holidays, the staff were very courteous, location was magnificent close to all bus & train stations. Location: the hotel was so close to shopping centers, main train station, bus station, & restaurants and the river.

A pretty clean spot with modern rooms. the staff are super attentive. Beds here are cozy. I had a nice time, just like always. 😊

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering its prime location right next to the main train station. The staff is friendly and provides attentive service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom and a good shower. The hotel even provides a master key for convenience. Additionally, breakfast is included, with options available for vegetarians, although the selection may be somewhat limited.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was just fine.

The general environment is homely.

Lovely old hotel with high ceilings, charm, and generous accommodations. Free access to the Internet on hotel PCs in the lobby is a super convenience. Though breakfast was not included in our Internet rate, it was well priced at $12 Euros per adult with children eating free. (A run to nearby Starbucks, for Mom & Dad and a stop for a breakfast plate at McDonalds for the kids would have been the same price).

Lack of air conditioning was not a problem because of nice weather. Some rooms lack views though the train station across the street is stunning, and the nearby skyline is worth taking-in.

Convenient location, comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast with wide variety, beautiful dining room, helpful staff, clean room with double glazed windows.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The bar was good craic with only really our group there having a few quiet pints around a semi-circular bar before we went out.

My room card literally never worked resulting in me sleeping in the corridor the first night. This was mainly due to me being steaming though and couldn't have been bothered going all the way downstairs to reception to get it fixed.

the rooms were warm and comfortable with fresh fruits, fresh towels plus bathroom, just what was needed.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the main train station, making it extremely easy to explore Frankfurt and its surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a good shower, master key, and a big bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the breakfast spread, although limited for vegetarians, is included in the price and provides a good start to the day.

All aspects of this hotel met our expectations.

The hotel was in a good location. Near the fair,5 min with taxi, near the river, 50min walking, near the shopping area, (15 min walking) in a very favorable location. Not far from the zoo.Our child ,10 years old- free of charge. Fine!

The room was good as 3 star hotel, it was ctean, but the open door of the fridge and the windows need to be clean.

The hotel did not have toothpaste as a 4 star should. I pointed this out and the guiy at reception was rude. . At 338 euro for the night it was at least three times too expensive for the quality

This hotel is perfectly located right next to the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers.
